Plot. This is a time travel mystery involving a US B-17 bombing run over Nazi Germany in 1943. During a riveting battle, the plane is pulled into a vortex that brings it to another time, another war, and … another world? The tight-knit crew of bawdy Americans, their banter and bravery, and the strength of these characters travel through time, danger, with the American can-do attitude.
Narration by Macleod Andrews is great, just over twelve hours of listening. A little slow, bumped it up to 1.3 on the iPhone, but you may find it fine.
You’ll enjoy it if you’re willing to stretch your mind into the realm of time travel. A fun read. Movie?
